J.S. Waldron is a British music executive working across A&R, artist development and creative. His work spans artist development, creative direction, production, songwriting and music editorial.

He works closely with emerging artists, helping shape their music, creative direction and wider artistic identity from an early stage. His approach combines A&R with a hands on understanding of records, songwriting and the creative world surrounding an artist.

Alongside his work with artists, J.S. Waldron is the Creative Director & Editor of WLDRN Magazine, an independent British rock magazine covering the artists, records and stories shaping British music.

His wider work in music includes working directly with artists and developing projects across music, while continuing to build a career around A&R, artist development and creative direction.
